As part of the Queensland Governments Better Neighbourhoods Logan initiative, HOLM is turning a neglected island site into a well-connected residential community featuring architecturally curated homes with provision for integrated studios and secondary dwellings.

HOLM’s resilient designs are the result of a collaboration with top project home builder, Simonds, and feature provision for integrated studios, perfect for house sharing and co-living, independent intergenerational living, or even a dream WFH (Work from Home) sanctuary.

HOLM emphasises plentiful private outdoor living space for the primary dwellings and studios alike, creating a true Queensland lifestyle.

HOLM combines the economy of leading project home builders such as Simonds and GJ Gardner Homes, with our expertise and knowledge of how to balance livability, affordability and flexibility on small village lots, averaging around 400m².

Despite the challenges of a health epidemic and a housing crisis, HOLM Pocket Urban Village has used good design coupled with the house + land package model to unlock home ownership opportunities for three First Home Owners, with the early pre-covid packages starting below $500,000, including an embedded studio.
